Who we are
Dooder Digital was founded in 2023 by Peter Schliesmann, a technology leader with 20+ years building inside Fortune 500 companies including Foot Locker and Sears Holdings. He spent two decades watching how large organizations adopt — and fail to adopt — new technology. When AI made real automation accessible to mid-market companies, he built the firm he wished existed: hands-on, outcome-focused, and built to last past the engagement.
We started Dooder specifically for this moment in AI. Not as a pivot from something else. The firm exists because growing businesses need a partner who has been in the room when real enterprise technology decisions get made — and who builds for their scale, not Fortune 500 scale.
We are based in Chicago and work primarily with businesses in the Midwest, though we take on projects across the country when the fit is right.
