Terms of use

Plain terms for using Dooder while it's in beta.

Last updated 3 November 2026. Dooder is made by Stuart Breagan, an individual based in Sydney, Australia ("I", "me"). Contact: support@dooder.ai.

The beta

Dooder is free beta software, distributed through Apple's TestFlight. Things may change, break or stop working, and the beta may end. I'll do my best to keep it working well, but I can't promise it will always be available.

Your AI provider

Dooder uses an AI provider you choose with your own account (an API key or a sign-in). You're responsible for that account, its costs and following its terms. Set spending limits if you'd like to cap costs. I don't charge you anything and I don't receive your provider's bills.

Answers can be wrong

Dooder's answers come from AI and from the web, and they can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Don't rely on Dooder for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, or anything where a mistake could hurt you or someone else. Check important things yourself.

Connected apps

When you connect an app, Dooder acts in it on your behalf. It asks for your OK on the Watch before changing anything, and what you approve is your call. Connected apps are run by their own companies under their own terms.

Using Dooder sensibly

Don't use Dooder for anything unlawful, to harm others, or in ways that break your AI provider's or a connected app's rules. Don't use it in ways that distract you when you need to pay attention, like while driving.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Otherwise, Dooder is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses from using it, including costs from your AI provider or changes made in connected apps.

Changes

I may update these terms as Dooder develops. The current version will always be here.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
